Pricing

$10 once. Then $1 an app.

Most small apps ask $10 or more each. At YoIndie you pay that once, for your first app — every app after it is a dollar, so trying the next one is an easy yes.

Through Dec 31Buy your first app before then and every app after stays $1 — for good. After that, prices may change.

  1. Your first app is $10

Whichever app you start with, that first one is $10.

  2. Every app after that is $1

Once you own a YoIndie app, each further app is a dollar. Buy your first by Dec 31 and that rate stays locked in. Kits have their own prices, with discounts.

  3. The price is on the page

Until a product launches its card says “Price set at launch”. Once set, the price is shown there before anything else.

FAQ

Questions

What is YoIndie?

YoIndie is an indie software studio making useful apps, tools and kits, built in-house, sold in one place, and priced far below what small software usually costs.

Do I need an account to look around?

No. Every product and its page can be browsed without signing in.

What will the products cost?

Your first app is $10, and every app after that is $1. Buy your first app by Dec 31 and the $1 rate stays locked in for good; after that, prices may change. Kits have their own prices, with discounts. Each product's price is shown on its card once it launches.

Is anything a subscription?

No. Every app and kit is paid once, and nothing renews.

Can I buy anything today?

Yes: Starter Kit, Mac Kit, MacDrop. Everything else shows its status on its card.

When do the products launch?

When each one is genuinely ready, rather than on a date picked to create urgency. A product's card moves from “In development” to “Coming soon” to “Available”.

Who's behind it

One studio. One growing collection.

Every YoIndie app is designed, built and looked after in-house, then added to the same collection, so the next one you want is only a dollar away.

Each one does one job well and says plainly what it does, and what it does not.
